Seasonal Christmas Tree & Garland Program for a UK Garden Centre
Mixed PE/PVC artificial trees in three heights, pre-lit garlands and printed gift boxes, sampled, inspected and consolidated into a single 40HQ for a UK garden-centre group.

A concert and festival promoter in the United Arab Emirates needed audience merchandise for a large outdoor event. The show date was fixed, and the merchandise had to be on site in time for the event team to stage it at gates and activation zones.
The working window from approved artwork to arrival was short, so every step needed to be planned backwards from the show date.
We built a timeline with the client starting from the required on-site date, then working back through freight, inspection, production and sampling. This showed early on that a split shipment would be needed: a first batch by air to guarantee availability, and the remainder by sea where the schedule allowed.
We also agreed a single approval contact on the client side and a fixed daily check-in time. On short programs, delays usually come from waiting on decisions rather than from production, so making approvals quick and predictable was as important as reserving factory capacity.
To protect the timeline, we confirmed print methods and colours on existing blank stock while factories prepared samples. Logo samples for all three products were completed at the faster end of our 7–15 day sample window and approved through photo and video, with physical samples following by courier.
Each product was assigned to a factory with spare capacity in the required window, and we scheduled production slots before the samples were formally approved so lines would be ready to start immediately.
The air shipment was dispatched as soon as the first batch passed inspection, followed by the sea consignment with the balance of the order. We prepared shipping documents, battery declarations for the LED products and packing lists grouped by item, so the client's logistics team could clear goods and route them to the venue without sorting.
Cartons were marked by item and by intended distribution point, such as gate giveaways or activation zones, so the event team could move stock directly to where it would be used on show day.
The program ran over roughly six weeks from first artwork to dispatch. The promoter now has approved artwork files and factory contacts in place, which shortens the setup stage for future events.
On event merchandise, planning the timeline backwards from the show date and splitting freight early is what keeps a tight deadline achievable.
