Seasonal Christmas Tree & Garland Program for a UK Garden Centre
Mixed PE/PVC artificial trees in three heights, pre-lit garlands and printed gift boxes, sampled, inspected and consolidated into a single 40HQ for a UK garden-centre group.

An online home brand based in Australia was launching a bath and home collection under its own label. The brand sells through its own store and through Amazon, so products needed to be marketplace-ready on arrival, with no relabelling or repacking in a local warehouse.
The three product types come from very different factories: diatomite pressing, glass forming and soft-goods sewing. We created a single brand reference sheet with colour codes, logo files and finish notes, and shared it with each factory so the collection would look consistent in product photos and on the shelf.
Because the brand relies on online images, we sent samples within the 7–15 day sample window and also photographed them in neutral light for the client to test in their listing templates. This helped the team adjust the candle jar tint and the bath mat surface texture before production, rather than after.
For the bath mats, we also compared two diatomite densities. The denser board dried faster in testing but was heavier to ship, so the client chose it for the larger size only, keeping the smaller mat lighter and simpler to post to customers who order directly from the brand's own store.
Our packaging team designed boxes that met the brand's look while leaving a clear, flat area for the FNSKU label. Polybags for the cosmetic bags were specified with the required warning text and thickness, and inner packing was planned so units would pass marketplace handling without extra wrapping.
Our team kept a labelling log mapping each SKU to its FNSKU and carton count, which was shared with the client before shipment was booked.
Goods were packed by destination: marketplace stock in compliant cartons ready for delivery to the fulfilment centre, and a smaller allocation for the brand's own warehouse. Production completed within our standard 15–30 day window, and the overall program from brief to dispatch ran for around eight weeks.
Alongside the goods, we supplied packing lists by SKU, inspection reports and the labelling log, giving the brand's team everything needed to create the inbound shipment plan and to check receipts against what was loaded in Shanghai.
With brand references, dielines and labelling files on record, the brand can reorder individual SKUs or add new colourways without redoing the setup work.
When products go straight into marketplace fulfilment, designing packaging with a dedicated label area from day one avoids costly rework later.
